Our sessions provide important additional training opportunities for athletes looking to improve and develop as they aim for a higher level of competition
We support ambitious young athletes eager to train alongside like-minded individuals under the guidance of dedicated, knowledgeable coaches. Our performance training days and camps offer specialised opportunities often hard to access, including open water swimming, endurance road riding, cycling race skills, brick training (off turbo trainers), race tactic simulations, and video analysis across all disciplines. SPS Coaching sessions are designed to complement the hard work athletes already put in with their clubs and during their solo training.
Commencing October 2025, our performance training days and camps will be exclusively available to athletes in the Athlete Development Programme. This shift allows us to provide deeper support, ensuring closer involvement in each athlete’s growth. For more details, please visit the Athlete Development Programme page.
